GoldQuest Mining Corp. (TSXV:GQC) sold its Toral and Lago polymetallic exploration properties to Portex Minerals Inc. (CNSX:PAX).

As quoted in the press release:

Goldquest now owns 35% of Portex and is their largest shareholder.
