The press release is quoted as saying:

The Constantine-Carlin 50/50 Joint Venture (the “Joint Venture”) was formed in the early fall of 2010 specifically to target and explore for Carlin-type gold deposits in the Yukon’s Selwyn Basin. The Joint Venture moved quickly to establish a large land position in this emerging gold frontier, acquiring areas with permissive geology and drainages with strong geochemical anomalies.
