Poseidon Nickel Ltd. (ASX:POS) announced yesterday that it has employed new personnel and restarted mine refurbishment activities at its Windarra mine. The company plans to potentially start production later this year.
Poseidon Nickel Ltd. (ASX:POS) announced yesterday that it has employed new personnel and restarted mine refurbishment activities at its Windarra mine. The company plans to potentially start production later this year.
As quoted in the press release:
Poseidon has over the last few months, reported on progress made towards an offtake contract which would bring the Mt Windarra mine back into full scale operation. Poseidon is now preparing to recommence underground operations and is completing necessary maintenance work on the water extraction system. Poseidon has also recently purchased additional underground Mono pumps and will be commencing installation. Refurbishment activities were suspended in mid-2013 at the completion of the underground drilling programme.
