Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of MMC Norilsk Nickel held on December 11 approved dividend payments for 9M 2014 in the amount of RUB 762.34 per ordinary share.
Agenda item concerning related party transaction with CJSC NORMETIMPEX (changes in 25.06.2013 instruction to Commission Agreement dated 21.12.2009) was also approved by the EGM.
