Inmet Board Recommends Shareholders Tender Shares to First Quantum Offer
Inmet Mining Corporation (TSX:IMN), an international nickel mining company, announced that the company’s Board of Directors recommends that shareholders tender shares to First Quantum’s extended offer before 5PM (EST) on April 1, 2013.

As quoted in the press release:
This decision follows the announcement by First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (“First Quantum”)(TSX:FM)(LSE:FQM) that 85.5% of the outstanding Inmet shares (on a fully diluted basis) have been tendered to and taken up under the First Quantum offer.
