Nickel producers: PT International Nickel Indonesia (INCO) , the nation’s biggest producer of the metal, increased 2.2 percent to 3,425 rupiah and PT Aneka Tambang (ANTM) , the second largest, rose 1.2 percent to 1,660 rupiah. Nickel futures advanced 1.9 percent to $19,100 a metric ton in London yesterday, the highest close since Oct. 31.
