The press release is quoted as saying:
The Company announces that it has completed its non brokered private placement of 4,000,000 Units at a price of Cdn. $0.25 per Unit for total gross proceeds of Cdn.$1,000,000.00. Each Unit consisted of one share and one half share purchase warrant. Each full warrant is exercisable at Cdn. $0.40 for one year. The securities and warrants issued have a hold period expiring 4 months after issuance.
