As quoted in the press release:

SURFACE WORKS

  • The Mine Dry Facility and Change House, necessary for Underground (“UG”) activities, has been refurbished.
  • Site power repairs are predominantly complete.
  • Improved site water management requirements have been identified and tendering is underway.

MILL

  • Underground mining fleet delivery is underway.
  • Underground ventilation fans are all operating well and underground heating units are scheduled to be operating over next 3-4 weeks.
  • Dewatering is progressing well with electrical substations now installed on Level 2 and the larger main pumps in the process of being installed.
  • The Paste Backfill Study continues to advance, which contingent on positive results has the potential to significantly increase the life-of-mine, in addition to decreasing mine dilution (boosts head-grade) and lower operating costs.
