As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit consisted of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $1.10 per share until November 14, 2013. Kallpa Securities SAB of Lima, Peru (“Kallpa”) acted as agent in the offering of the Units to qualified South American investors on a commercially reasonable best-efforts basis.
