International Millennium Acquires Simon Mine in Settlement and Announces Private Placement

Base Metals Investing International Millennium Mining Corp. (CVE:IMI) announced that it has reached a settlement of its lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Reno, Nevada, against the Estate of Nadean Bedford, and certain of the Estate’s remaining beneficiaries.
International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSXV:IMI) announced that it has reached a settlement of its lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Reno, Nevada, against the Estate of Nadean Bedford, and certain of the Estate’s remaining beneficiaries.
The press release is quoted as saying:
