Platts reported Western Australia is expected ships to be loaded with iron ore to resume shipping on Wednesday.

As quoted in the market news:

Port Dampier remains open, but late Tuesday industry sources said that there was a halt in inbound shipments of iron ore to Parker Point, a berth at Port Dampier, due to the swell in the waters and strong winds. Outbound operations at Parker Point and East Intercourse Island continued normally, according to a customer of Rio Tinto.
