New Millennium Capital Corp. (TSXV:NML) announced that Tata Steel has given notice that it will exercise its pre-emptive right to keep prorata interest in New Millennium.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Tata will subscribe for 5,860,832 common shares and up to 879,124 common shares in the event the underwriters’ overallotment option is exercised in full, in each case at the issue price of $3.50 per share.
