Macarthur Minerals Announces Increased Private Placement Financing
Macarthur Minerals Limited (CVE:MMS) announced it will increase its previously announced financing to a total of 12,500,000 units (the “Units”) of the Company at a price of $3.60 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $45,000,000.
Macarthur Minerals Limited (TSXV:MMS) announced it will increase its previously announced financing to a total of 12,500,000 units (the “Units”) of the Company at a price of $3.60 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $45,000,000.
The press release states:
Each Unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $4.50 during the period ending 24 months following the closing of the Offering.
