As quoted in the press release:

The non-brokered private placement will see Cuervo issue one million three hundred and fifty thousand (1,350,000) Units of the Company, at a price of $CDN 0.30 per Unit, for gross proceeds of $CDN 405,000.
The securities to be issued in connection with the Financing will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue.
