Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:CEV) announced the filing of an amended and restated information circular before its annual general meeting. The Company’s annual general meeting is scheduled to be held on February 28th.

The circular has been amended to include additional information under the section entitled “Voting securities and principal holders of the voting securities”. The additional disclosure specifies that the Goodman Investment Counsel Inc., on behalf of the portfolios of investment funds and client accounts managed by it, exercises control or direction over 10,000,000 common shares of the Company.
