Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:CEV,OTCQX:CPXVF,FWB:XOV) announced closing of the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing of $1.36 million.
As quoted in the press release:
… through the sale of 1,180,213 common shares on a flow-through basis (the “Flow-Through Common Shares”) at a price of $0.35 per Flow-Through Common Share and 2,966,942 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.32 per Unit, for gross proceeds to Cap-Ex of approximately $1.36 million… In the aggregate, the two tranches of the non-brokered private placement have resulted in gross proceeds to Cap-Ex of approximately $4.86 million.
