The iron ore producer and steelmaker, formerly OneSteel, said yesterday it exported 1.97 million tonnes of iron ore in the three months to March 31. That was up from 1.82 million tonnes in the preceding three months and included 501,000 tonnes from the Southern Iron mine, 375,000 tonnes more than in the previous quarter.
