Australian Mining reported that Mitchell Services has been given a contract for drilling services at Anglo American’s (LSE:AAL) QLD coal mines.
Australian Mining reported that Mitchell Services has been given a contract for drilling services at Anglo American’s (LSE:AAL) QLD coal mines.
As quoted in the market news,
The contract, worth $25 million in revenues, will see Mitchell provide six rigs across “multiple sites on Anglo American’s Queensland coal operations,” Mitchell CEO Andrew Elf told Australian Mining.
The contract has an option for additional services, based on performance during the initial work.
Mitchell CEO Andrew Elf stated:
After the Tom Browne Drilling Services acquisition [in August 2014] and the subsequent capital raising this contract win is another positive step forward for us.
