Yellowhead Mining Inc. (TSX:YMI,OTCQX:YHMGF) announced the completion of an additional portion of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of 340,000 Common Shares.
As quoted in the press release:
An aggregate of 340,000 Common Shares were issued to various individual qualified investors at an issue price of$0.65 per Common Share. In addition, 315,714 flow-through Common Shares (the “FT Shares”) were issued to an individual qualified investor at an issue price of $0.70 per FT Share.
