VVC Exploration Announces Convertible Debenture Financing

VVC Exploration Company (TSXV:VVC) announced a convertible debenture private placement financing of up US$1,000,000 (or CA$1,250,000) and the grant of options. The net proceeds of this financing will be used to cover maintenance fees and option payments on the Company’s properties in Mexico, pay accounts payables, general corporate expenses and operating expenses in Mexico and Canada.
