Superior Copper Corp. (TSXV:SPC) acquired the remaining portion of the Jogran Porphyry and Richards Breccia in addition to 100 percent of 19 claims totaling 20 square kilometres that are near their current position in the Batchawana Camp.
As quoted in the press release:
Subject to regulatory approval, Superior Copper will issue 4,000,000 common shares to RSS Syndicate in consideration for the aforementioned properties and RRS Syndicate will cancel their right, title and interest in the 1.5% Net Smelter Royalty held on Superior Copper’s Glenrock Property.
