Panoro Minerals Ltd. (CVE:PML) announced that further to its news release dated September 27, 2010, the private placement offering of up to 10,000,000 units for gross proceeds of $2,500,000 has been increased to 12,000,000 Units for total proceeds of approximately $3,000,000 with an allowance for an overallotment of an additional 2,000,000 Units and proceeds of $500,000.
