Foran Mining Corporation (TSXV:FOM) CEO Patrick Soares spoke to Resource Investing News about the McIlvenna Bay Project in the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt in east central Saskatchewan. In 2013, the Company updated the property’s resource estimate: “the resource now is more than double the original resource”. In 2014, the Company is moving towards a Preliminary Economic Assessment, and is continuing exploration around McIlvenna Bay.

Foran is a diversified exploration and development company with projects in the Flin Flon Mining Belt. The Company’s flagship McIlvenna Bay Deposit, located in east-central Saskatchewan, 65 kilometres west of Flin Flon, Manitoba, is one of the largest undeveloped VMS deposits in Canada.
