Focus Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:FCV) announces that its management has determined that it is in the best interests of the Company to extend the expiry date of certain previously issued private placement warrants.
As quoted in the press release,
Accordingly, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the expiry date of outstanding warrants to purchase up to 2,737,500 common shares at $0.265 per share will be extended by one year to April 10, 2016.
