Copper InvestingEquinox Copper Corporation (TSXV:EQX) announced a non-brokered private placement that consists of 3,333,333 units, at a price of $0.15 a unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.25 for a two year term.
