Discovery Metals Receives no Additional Bids from Cathay Fortune

Base Metals Investing Reuters reported that Discovery Metals has received no further bids from Chinese firm Cathay Fortune, who had been in pursuit of its Botswana copper project.
Reuters reported that Discovery Metals has received no further bids from Chinese firm Cathay Fortune, who had been in pursuit of its Botswana copper project.
As quoted in the Reuters report:
Cathay Fortune scrapped a joint A$824 million ($850 million) bid for Discovery Metals in February over concerns on the target’s Botswana copper project, but it remains Discovery’s top shareholder with a 13.7 percent stake, according to Thomson Reuters data.
