CuOro Resources Corp.(TSXV:CUA) announced the results from its annual general meeting held on September 10, 2012.
Highlights include:
Messrs. Robert Sedgemore, Nick DeMare, Dave Doherty, John Seaman and Jorge Alberto Uribe were elected as directors for the ensuing year. All items put forth at the meeting were approved by the shareholders, including an ordinary resolution to ratify the Company’s existing stock option plan.
