Coventry Resources (ASX:CYY) announced a $1.8 million financing of 56.47 million shares priced at $0.032 per share, with Euroz Securities Limited acting as a Lead Manager to the placement.
Coventry Resources’ key project is its right to acquire an 80% interest in the highly prospective, high‐grade Caribou Dome Copper Project in Alaska, USA.
