Copper Fox Metals Inc. (TSXV:CUU) announced that it has extended the expiry dates of 3,358,228 outstanding warrants originally issued on April 8, 2013.
As quoted in the press release:
The subject warrants were originally issued on April 8, 2013, with an original expiry date of one (1) year, in connection with a private placement of units consisting of common shares and warrants of the Company. The new expiry date provides a one year extension. These warrants continue to be exercisable at their original exercise price.
