Copper Fox Metals Inc. (TSXV:CUU) announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement which will raise up to $1,000,000 in gross proceeds. The initial tranche of the Offering closed on June 9, 2016 raising gross proceeds of $150,000 from the issuance and sale of 1,250,000 Units at a price of $0.12 per Unit. The …
Copper Fox Metals Inc. (TSXV:CUU) announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement which will raise up to $1,000,000 in gross proceeds.
The initial tranche of the Offering closed on June 9, 2016 raising gross proceeds of $150,000 from the issuance and sale of 1,250,000 Units at a price of $0.12 per Unit.
The second and final tranche of the Offering is expected to close by the end of June, 2016.
The net proceeds raised from the Offering will be used for ongoing activities and general corporate purposes of the Company.
