Arena Minerals (TSXV:AN) announced it has closed a private placement with a Chilean mining company totaling $425,600. The company plans to use the proceeds to advance its Atacama copper property.

Arena Minerals (TSXV:AN) announced it has closed a private placement with a Chilean mining company totaling $425,600. The company plans to use the proceeds to advance its Atacama copper property.

According to the press release:

announces that it has completed its non brokered private placement financing (“the Offering”) with a global Chilean mining company pursuant to which the Company has issued 3,040,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.14 per common share for total gross proceeds of $425,600. As of the date hereof the Company has 60,817,386 common shares issued and outstanding and the Chilean mining company has acquired approximately 5% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Offering to further advance its Atacama copper property.
