Amerigo Resources Ltd. (TSX:ARG) reported production results for 2012 Q2 from Minera Valle Central, S.A. (MVC)
As quoted in the press release:
MVC produced 11.57 million pounds of copper and 228,932 pounds of molybdenum in Q2-2012.
Amerigo’s President and CEO, Dr. Klaus Zeitler stated:
MVC’s copper production in Q2-2012, although lower than the record production of Q1-2012, was 22.4% higher than that of Q2-2011, and at 25.45 million pounds for the first half of the year was 23.5% higher than the comparable period in 2011.
