Western Potash Plans to Start $3 Billion Construction on New Mine in 2013

The Financial Post reported that Western Potash Corp hopes to begin building a $3 billion potash mine near Regina this year.

Dean Pekeski says the company needs environmental approval from the province and to finalize financing before work gets underway.
