Uralkali to Pay Half of Uralkali-Silvinit Profit as Dividend

Bloomberg reported that OAO Uralkali (LON:URKA) will pay dividends of half the company’s profit.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Uralkali reported 2010 net income of 16.6 billion rubles ($593 million) and Silvinit posted earnings of 11.5 billion rubles, the companies said in a joint statement on April 1, giving a combined profit of about $1 billion.
