The company has not appointed banks for such a move…The idea had been floated by Uralkali Chief Executive Vladislav Baumgertner at the Reuters Russia Investment Summit earlier this year. Shares in Uralkali were up 2.2 percent at 0800 GMT, outperforming the wider Moscow market. They have risen 24 percent since the start of October, valuing the group at more than $28 billion.
