Triton Buys Garden-Fertilizer Brand From K+S for EU205 Million

Bloomberg reported that Triton Beteiligungsberatung GmbH will purchase Compo from K+S.

The purchase follows Triton’s interest in Evonik Industries AG’s carbon-black business, which Rhone Capital LLC went on to buy for $1.3 billion earlier this year.
