Transit Holdings – Holding Increased to 90% Interest in Potash Project in Utah

Mineweb reported that Transit Holdings (ASX:TRH) now holds 90% of the Paradox Basin project in Utah.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The announcement follows confirmation from Transit’s partners K2O Utah LLC that it has satisfied expenditure commitments and as a result has moved from 75% to 90% ownership of the company’s flagship potash project located in Utah in the United States of America.
