The press release is quoted as saying:
Although revenues are down compared to the first quarter of 2009, first quarter 2010 revenues are up from the fourth quarter of 2009, and after nearly a year of declines in staff levels, the first quarter of 2010 saw an increase in hiring with a net gain of approximately 100 employees.
