Rio Verde Minerals Announces Arrangement Agreement with Talon Metals and EM Resources

Rio Verde Minerals Corp. announced it has entered into an agreement for a reverse takeover by EM Resources.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Pursuant to the Transaction, Rio Verde shareholders will receive one post-consolidation share of EM in exchange for each ordinary share of Rio Verde held.
