PotashCorp Drags Down TSX

Reuters reported that the TSX climbed modestly on Thursday, with gains being offset with losses from gold miners and from PotashCorp, which recently slashed their projections.

As quoted in the market report:

Potash, the world’s biggest fertilizer producer, was one of the biggest drags on the index, falling 1.12 percent to C$40.66.
