Potash Ridge Corporation (TSX:PRK,OTCQX:POTRF) announced that the director nominees were elected as directors of the Company during the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was held on June 12, 2013. Shareholders also approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors for 2014.
