Potash Ridge Corporation (TSX:PRK,OTCQX:POTRF) reported results from its annual general meeting. Director nominees as follows were elected as directors of the Corporation: Guy Bentinck, Rahoul Sharan, Philip Williams, Rocco Rossi, Navin Dave.
As quoted in the press release:
… the director nominees listed in the Management Information Circular for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 11, 2014 were elected as directors of the Corporation.
… Shareholders approved both the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors for the upcoming year and the ratification and confirmation of the amendment to By-law No. 1, setting out advance notice requirements for director nominations made by shareholders of the Corporation.
