Potash Corp Still Interested in Israel Chemicals

Haaretz reported that Potash Corp. (NYSE:POT) is still looking at ways to increase its stake in Israel Chemicals (TLV:ICL).

As quoted in the market news:

In a meeting with analysts, CEO Bill Doyle said his company, the world’s biggest maker of potash, had not given up its quest for control of Israel Chemicals. He said Potash had other means of increasing its stake in the company, but added that these are contingent on getting political backing in Israel.
