Potash Corp Shutdowns Expected to End April 1

Mining Weekly reported that Potash Corp (NYSE:POT) said two of its mines will restart production on April 1.

As quoted in the market news:

The production resumption comes as Canpotex, the market cartel of Canada’s biggest potash miners – Potash Corp, Mosaic and Agrium – announced this week a new deal to supply China’s Sinofert with 500 000 t of the crop nutrient in the three months to June, with the option to increase this by 200 000 t.
