Potash America, Inc. Signs Agreements to Acquire 100% Interest of Newfoundland, Canada Potash Claims

Potash America, Inc. (OTC:PTAM) announced the signing of an agreement to acquire potash claims in the St Finton’s Potash intercept.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Company would like to further announce that on May 11, 2011 it entered into a Letter Of Intent to acquire a 100% interest in 39 Bureau of Land Management Claims in Mineral County, Nevada.
