Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of Knick Exploration Inc.

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) announces that it has acquired ownership of 1,000,000 common shares and 1,000,000 common share purchase warrants of Knick Exploration Inc.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.30 until November 18, 2011 and at a price of $0.35 until November 18, 2012. In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 8.6% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Knick as of December 3, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only.
