Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of Golden Tag Resources Ltd.

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) announces it acquired 2,000,000 common share purchase warrants of Golden Tag Resources Ltd.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.60 until November 30, 2011 and at a price of $0.70 until November 30, 2012. In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 8.4% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Golden Tag as of December 2, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at December 2, 2010, an aggregate of 2,820,500 common shares of Golden Tag, including the Common Shares, and the Warrants.
