Pinetree Capital Acquires Securities of Rolling Rock Resources

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), reports that on February 26, 2010, it acquired ownership of 1,500,000 common shares and 1,500,000 common share purchase warrants of Rolling Rock Resources Corp.
