Mosaic Sees Cargill Exit as Independence

Reuters reported that Mosaic Co. (NYSE:MOS) will be independent from Cargill by May.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Mosaic was created by privately controlled Cargill in 2004 when it spun off its fertilizer assets into Mosaic. The company produces phosphate and potash, two of the most important fertilizers used by farmers.
