Mosaic Announce 400 Percent Dividend Increase

The Mosaic Company (NYSE:MOS) announced the quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on August 16th 2012.

As quoted in the press release:

The $0.25 per share dividend represents a 400 percent increase over the Company’s dividend since February of this year, and is the first dividend declared by the Company under its revised annual dividend policy of $1.00 per share announced earlier this week.
